Entry is open to residents of UK aged 18 years and over and eligible to marry.

This competition is not open to any individual or any family member of an individual who is an employee or contractor of Wedding Belles or Welsh Air Ambulance or any supplier to the competition

Each entrant agrees that the Judges decision is final and that no correspondence, challenge or appeal may be entered into about that decision.

The winning entrants’ names and photographs will be used for publicity purposes; each winning entrant must make themselves exclusively available for this purpose. The shortlisted couples may be required to take part in TV and media interviews.

Prizes must be taken as offered. The prizes, or any unused portion, is not transferable/ exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The value of unwanted prizes cannot be put against additional costs accrued.

Any changes and / or upgrades must be at the winners’ own expense.

Each entrant acknowledges that prizes in the competition are provided by sponsors and agree that Wedding Belles will not be responsible for the standard or failure of any sponsor to provide a prize. Where goods or services are hired from a sponsor, the normal hire terms and conditions of that sponsor will apply.

Some menus and services offered as part of the prize carry a supplemental cost. This would be payable by the winners if they choose the supplemental packages. There will be charge for any additional drinks/bar to that stated.

Civil partnerships are welcome.

Registrar fees are excluded.

The Wedding is to take place on the 5th November, 2008.

Each competitor must not have been convicted of an offence punishable by imprisonment.

To the full extent permitted by law, Wedding Belles will not be liable to the winners in respect of any claim for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or accidental damages) or for any personal injury suffered by winners as a result of or in connection with the competition.

Wedding Belles reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel the competition and to amend the terms and conditions without notice. Wedding Belles reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions.

By entering the competition, nominees will be deemed to have understood the conditions and to be bound by them.
